CASK STRENGTH Cask strength enables you to taste whisky that comes straight from the barrel. Without any added water, the original flavour is untainted in the bottle. As pure as it can get: from the cask, to the bottle, to the glass. NON CHILLFILTERED We want to keep the taste and characteristics of the whisky intact, so we choose to non-chill filter the whisky. Chill filtering removes natural fatty acids, esters & proteins, thus altering the natural product. It is vital for us that as the whisky is bottled, the original flavour is maintained. NATURAL COLOUR Every whisky has its owns color, smell & taste. No two whisky should look the same. Sherwoods whisky will never have any added colourings so that the first sight will trigger the senses.
