Shift Counseling, PC

We are a small therapy practice focused on providing Individual Counseling for Adults and Teens. We specialize in treating issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, and PTSD. We see clients in person and online, depending on client preferences. We provide multicultural counseling including services for the South Asian/Muslim community and for the Hispanic/Latino/a/e community. Our providers accept BCBS PPO, Aetna, and Cigna insurances. We utilize evidence based treatments such as CBT and EMDR.
