The US and other nations are experiencing a mental health crisis and the shortage of mental health professionals is the leading cause globally. In addition, existing models are now failing. Enter Shiine. Shiine’s customers are government and health agencies who we help harness the power of untapped community peer support specialists, who can deliver behavioral health care to large populations with unmet needs. Shiine’s peer support specialists deliver care by sharing their lived experience coping with overcoming mental illness and addiction. Shiine’s software and curriculum allows communication, engagement, compensation, and equity, all engineered on proprietary telehealth workflows, algorithms, and the blockchain.
