Shincell new material Co.,Ltd was founded in Suzhou High-tech Zone in March 2019, focusing on the research, development and manufacturing of environment-friendly, high-performance lightweight polymer foams. Production lines using supercritical fluid foaming technology were designed, built with the exclusive IP rights to produce foam sheet, beads and special-shaped foams. The capacity is 2,400 tons/year at present. Shincell's products are mainly divided into two types, rigid high-strength foams and soft high-elastic foams.The rigid high-strength foams include microcellular polypropylene (MPP),microcellular PVDF foam(M-PVDF), and the soft high-elastic foams include thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (MTPU), Peba foam and other higher performance elastic foams. Products are widely used in 5G telecommunication, new energy battery, medical, packaging, sports, leisure and children products. Shincell attaches great importance to technology research and innovation. lt has established a joint R & D center of polymer lightweight materials with Zhejiang University, and a new material development center with East China University of Science and Technology.
