Shine Spirits / Shine Distillery & Grill is a full working small batch distillery located in a high occupancy restaurant. Think brewpub, but we make small batch, distilled craft spirits rather than beer. Located in the heart of Portland, Oregon's historic Williams district, we offer a full dinner and brunch menu of affordable Pacific Northwest pub-fare inspired by the craft spirits we produce in-house. Our signature cocktails embrace a distinctly support local philosophy. In addition to our own small batch offerings, you'll find a carefully curated selection of the regions best craft spirits, Northwest grown wines and a rotating tap selection of local brews.
