Our core services are Engineering and Construction with specialization in Façade Inspection & Rectification, Design & Build, Additions & Alterations, Repairs & Redecoration, Interior & graphic design, Floor Hardener & Epoxy Flooring as well as providing waterproofing & plumbing solutions. Shineway Engineering will be having in-house Drone Operation Team to focus on the visual inspection for facade. This digital transformation is significant to us as it is more cost effective & efficient compare to the traditional method. Besides that, with the PFI regime introduced by BCA, we aims to help building owners detect and address any facade deterioration in a timely manner thus ensuring public safety. Shineway Engineering is also looking into Green Building development, such as more comprehensive façade design, internal building renovation/refurbishment, HVAC System & renewable energy to achieve better energy savings & efficiency of a building in future.
