She is actively involved as an advisor, investor and chairperson of the board with BOMANI Cold Buzz, the first alcohol infused cold brew coffee to be introduced to the market. A CPA and former EY Auditor with financial experience with publicly held companies, and an investor with deep knowledge, Shirin is a seasoned financial professional. And as a former CEO with partnership with private equity, she understands growth, marketing, business strategy, finance, cash management, M&A and successful exit strategies.
