At Shivekha Foundation, we are dedicated to raising mental health awareness and promoting long-term well-being among students. As a not-for-profit organization, we focus on equipping young individuals with tools to manage stress, anxiety, and emotional challenges through workshops, seminars, webinars, and educational campaigns. To date, more than 15,000 students from various government schools have attended our mental health awareness programs, receiving excellent feedback from both students and teachers. We are committed to expanding our reach, ensuring that more students have access to these vital resources. Our mission is to foster open conversations around mental health, encourage healthy habits, and create a supportive environment that nurtures resilience. By empowering students to prioritize their mental well-being, we are helping shape a future where emotional health is integral to personal and academic success.
