Shockwave Metalworking Technologies BV is a Dutch company specialized in the production of high-performance transition joints and manufacture cladplates through vacuum explosion cladding. With over 40 years of experience, we manufacture the well-known Triplate® transition joints that enable reliable and corrosion-resistant bonding between dissimilar metals such as aluminium and steel. Our technology is widely used in shipbuilding, offshore structures, Cryoclad® systems, power generation, and other demanding industrial applications. All production takes place under one roof, allowing us full process control, short delivery times, and consistent quality. Shockwave is certified by Lloyd’s Register, DNV and ABS, and operates internationally with a focus on technical precision, durability, and customer-specific solutions.
