We proudly serve older adults and their families through a full continuum of care at our vibrant campuses in St. Paul and St. Louis Park, Minnesota, as well as through a wide range of community-based services across the Twin Cities metro.
With a rich history of compassion and service, Sholom offers high-quality care and housing options including independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, transitional care, HUD-supported senior apartments, outpatient rehabilitation (PT, OT, speech), aquatic therapy, home care, hospice, and palliative care. We also provide respite care, bereavement services, and other life care programming.
