Shooloo is an educational technology company based in New York, NY. It's mission is to help students apply math to real life situations, persevere in solving math problems, and motivate themselves to learn math through peer feedback and collaboration. Shooloo transforms students from consumers of math textbooks to creators of interesting math word problems. Students are so engaged on Shooloo that they publish word problems voluntarily throughout their holidays and vacations. Each of the student-authored math problem is tagged with the Common Core State Standard and "I can" statement. Teachers can easily track their students progress on completing the Common Core standard.
