Our Developers Mr. Vilas Patel and Mr. Durga Prasad Gadde are owners and developers of Shoora EB-5. They bring to the table more than 40 years of experience in real estate development and operation. Their ‘Phase One’ development of a Marriott AC has successfully opened and is now operating with the use of EB-5 capital. They are actively in development of a full-service Sheraton by Marriott hotel to be the new landmark of the Atlanta International Airport Gateway Center and Airabella Lake Oconee, a premier, rural TEA, mixed-use development spanning 137 acres and encompassing multiple real estate verticals.
