STORE ACADEMY is a web based platform where businesses can create an online store selling products in minutes, without needing any expertise in building or managing websites. Customers are able to use their own domain names (e.g. www.yourstore.com), choose from design templates and use simple styling tools to create a beautiful, branded storefront, designed with mobile in mind. Through the Store Academy platform, customers are able to manage every aspect of their retail businesses, from adding products and services, to order fulfilment, shipping and customer relationship management. All stores built on the Store Academy platform have advanced e-commerce features like abandoned cart recovery, click and collect ordering and are optimised for search engines.
Uniquely, every business using the Store Academy platform will be enrolled at no cost into an online educational programme. Through video tutorials and e-commerce podcasts, customers will learn everything they need to know about how to grow an e-commerce website; from setting up their store, to social media marketing, search engine optimisation and how to create engaging content.
