Store Academy

STORE ACADEMY is a web based platform where businesses can create an online store selling products in minutes, without needing any expertise in building or managing websites. Customers are able to use their own domain names (e.g. www.yourstore.com), choose from design templates and use simple styling tools to create a beautiful, branded storefront, designed with mobile in mind. Through the Store Academy platform, customers are able to manage every aspect of their retail businesses, from adding products and services, to order fulfilment, shipping and customer relationship management. All stores built on the Store Academy platform have advanced e-commerce features like abandoned cart recovery, click and collect ordering and are optimised for search engines. Uniquely, every business using the Store Academy platform will be enrolled at no cost into an online educational programme. Through video tutorials and e-commerce podcasts, customers will learn everything they need to know about how to grow an e-commerce website; from setting up their store, to social media marketing, search engine optimisation and how to create engaging content. The Store Academy platform is a software as a service (SaaS) business, has been in full time development since July 2013. Customers will choose from 3 monthly subscription pricing tiers ranging from £10pcm + 3.0% to £60pcm + 0.3% transaction charge depending on the size of their store. Store Academy aims to remove the technical expertise required to create and maintain an online store by providing the tools needed to manage every aspect of an online retail business. We aim to empower business owners with education, sophisticated analytics and actionable insights on customer behaviour and allow business owners to focus on establishing and growing their brands.
