Short-term rentals have some significant benefits versus long-term rentals. First, the property is actively managed which means it is cleaned and inspected after each guest and any issues are addressed immediately. Because the property is so well maintained and staged prior to each guest, it remains in “for sale condition” at all times meaning if for whatever reason the property ever needed to be sold, it would be market ready.
