Since its beginnings in 1986, Shortland Chambers has been home to New Zealand’s highest calibre barristers.
A high proportion of former members have gone on to become judges of the Court of Appeal, High Court and District Courts. Currently, 20 of our 37 members are KCs – more than any chambers in New Zealand, and testament to the quality of expert advice and advocacy on offer.
