The movement is led by entrepreneur Phyllis Newhouse and award-winning actress Viola Davis. These two influential leaders launched ShoulderUp to use their voices and economic power to connect and support other women who want to bring about positive change in their lives. ShoulderUp aims to generate conversations that provide valuable resources and leadership advice woman-to-woman through ShoulderUp Circles. Inspiring topics covering leadership, community, innovation and so much more will be shared through videos, podcasts and blogs in online and offline communities.
