Our business structure is heavily influenced by the great Trammell Crow, one of the world’s greatest ever real estate developers. His formula was to find great local real estate talent and partner with them and in doing so he made hundreds of millionaires. Our formula is to attract regional directors to Showtime / EXP, focus them to succeed by teaming with SRG to train in successful recruiting techniques and provide Showtime leads to kick start and sustain the regions. We are currently operating in multiple major west coast Metro’s, San Diego, Riverside and Alameda counties in California, Portland, Oregon and Seattle, Tacoma and Vancouver, Washington.
