We are Shramabhiani Kendraya (Dignity Of Labour), a people-centered NGO using a rights-based approach to empower poor communities and reduce poverty. We work across garment factories and other workplaces in Sri Lanka. We are gradually expanding our activities to other parts of the country.
Our work is focused on human rights, land rights and agrarian reform, sustainable water management, environment, occupational health, sustainable agriculture, and food security.
