We saw a clear gap in the UK food scene: there was no go-to seafood brand for shrimp and fish lovers. Determined to change that, we launched Shrimp & Co. to deliver a vibrant, flavour-packed dining experience that would redefine seafood for UK diners.
On 25th March 2025, we opened our very first branch in Leicester and it was an instant hit. Just days later, we brought the Shrimp & Co. experience to Birmingham, where queues stretched out the door for our fresh shrimp skewers, bold seafood boils, and the laid-back coastal vibes that make every meal feel like an escape.
We've launched our Star City location most recently, with Manchester on the horizon and even more cities in our sights. With demand growing and franchising opportunities pouring in, Shrimp & Co. is set to become the UK’s ultimate seafood destination.
