On 25th March 2025, we opened our very first branch in Leicester and it was an instant hit. Just days later, we brought the Shrimp & Co. experience to Birmingham, where queues stretched out the door for our fresh shrimp skewers, bold seafood boils, and the laid-back coastal vibes that make every meal feel like an escape. We've launched our Star City location most recently, with Manchester on the horizon and even more cities in our sights.
