The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) is the world’s largest association devoted to human resource management. At the University of Michigan, our events and member interests encompass a wide range of HR fields, including: talent acquisition and retention, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, human capital consulting, HR systems and data analytics, performance management, compensation and benefits, and labor relations.
