Shroff group has been in construction since 1958 known under the banner of “Vidyut Construction.” which was founded by Mr. P.K. Shroff. It has done a lot of landmark government buildings like: Central building annexe, Government Polytechnic College, T.B hospita, Administrative building opposite council hall , Police Commissioners Office and many more.
Entering the industry in 1980, under his fathers guidance, Mr. Jaiprakash P. Shroff,(Chairman and Managing Director of SHROFF GROUP) bagged the opportunity to bring about a further transition and turn towards real estate as a developers. Since then through hard work, vision and commitment, he has continuously contributed in the up lift-men of the construction industry .
