Our factory was established in 1995 in Jize County, Handan City, Hebei Province, China, the hometown of foundry in China. As of this year, it has been engaged in the production of cast iron manhole covers for 30 years. It is one of the earliest factories in China engaged in the production of manhole covers. , currently we have three workshops: casting workshop, machining workshop and surface treatment workshop. The workshop is highly modern and mechanized, with a monthly production capacity of about 5,000 tons. Because we are geographically close to upstream raw material suppliers, we save a lot of transportation costs, and our location in an underdeveloped area of China also greatly reduces labor production costs, so we can provide customers with preferential prices, mature and stable quality, and rapid delivery.
The factory covers an area of 40,000 square meters, and the factory building covers an area of 25,000 square meters. Currently, there are 118 employees, including 5 employees in the R&D department and 9 in the sales department.
Our company not only has traditional ductile iron round manhole covers, ductile iron square manhole covers, ductile iron grates, ductile iron grate with frame, but in recent years, in order to meet market demand, we have also added resin manhole covers, resin grates and other products. It is widely used for safety protection and decoration in municipal projects, roads, squares, factories, development zones, real estate development and other places.
Our company's products have the characteristics of easy installation, high strength, corrosion resistance, maintenance-free, and self-cleaning. In order to make the products more in line with customer needs, the company implements a complete set of standard pre-sales, sales and after-sales services, and the company provides customers with customized services.
