Shuffle and Strides is a registered non for profit in Indonesia and Australia that is creating large scale awareness around mental health. Shuffle and Strides has communities around Indonesia where the participants connect with one another, share stories, and engage in movement for improved mental health and wellbeing. Shuffle and Strides is destigmatizing the subject of mental health and educating the public around signs, symptoms, and treatments.
