As a highly accomplished culinary professional with over 18 years of experience, including 10 years in fine dining, I possess a proven track record of success and a deep passion for the hospitality industry. My expertise is complemented by two degrees—culinary arts and marketing & merchandising—and further enhanced by multiple awards, including wins at the All-Ireland Chowder Cook-Off (2018), County Limerick Chowder Cook-Off (2018), and Riverfest BBQ (2019). My contributions were instrumental in Adare Manor's Carriage House being recognized as the world's best golf clubhouse in 2020. Prior to my culinary career, I held leadership positions in manufacturing for four years. I am a dedicated and collaborative team member, committed to continuous learning and professional growth, and I plan to pursue a master's degree in food product development.
