Siamais is a family-owned restaurant that has successfully developed roots in Birmingham's hospitality scene for over 20 years, serving the community and visitors authentic Thai dishes and creative cocktails.
Siamais name stems from our owner's ambitious goal to create a "dual night out" concept where our restaurant and bar could be used as separate entities or as an addition to the other. In a sense, like Siamese twins. Interestingly the first Siamese twins were found in Siam, the former name for Thailand.
When we first started setting up roots (all those years ago), Siamais was the first Thai restaurant in Birmingham. It has been incredible to watch how the local hospitality scene has grown, and we have enjoyed growing alongside what Birmingham has to offer too. However, what has always remained at the soul of what we do is gifting our customer's memorable experiences. Providing, not only, plentiful, flavoursome dishes with tantalising flavours and authentic ingredients but space where one can feel truly special and comfortable to focus on having a good time celebrated by all.
And don't forget to capture those memories. Our venue, a tranquil & light environment, our food elegantly plated and our drinks theatrical - there is plenty of opportunities to snap the best pictures with family and friends.
Our outside veranda, perfectly situated to soak up Birmingham's sun or watch the nightlife pass you buy with overhead heaters and covers. Or you could even hire out the entire venue for special occasions or corporate events. Either way, we are always open to help create bespoke events and bookings to narrate your story.
But what remains most important to us is ensuring each guest leaves us wanting to come back the next day! We rely on our talented Chef's working with over 20 years of experience, our genuine and gracious front of house staff and our long-lasting relationships with suppliers to ensure high quality and impeccible service.
