SIAMO is a Social Cooperative created to address the employment needs of young refugees and Italians while promoting a new model of social enterprise. The cooperative’s approach is centered on key pillars: nurturing talent, entrepreneurial training where young Italians and refugees become co-creators and co-entrepreneurs in the project, a focus on environmental sustainability and empowerment, and fostering with personalized support.
