We reorganised our strategic planning and established the «Sibiryakov» Charitable Foundation as a subsidiary in 2024 in accordance with our Articles of Association.
The administration of the foundation and the provision of the necessary financial resources are in the hands of our family holding company, which thus maintains continuity and family responsibility for social issues. This approach ensures sustainable and long-term support for charitable initiatives. By creating a new foundation, we are continuing our commitment, firmly anchored in the ethical principles and values that have characterised the Sibiryakov family for generations.
We not only provide funding and support, but are also actively involved in monitoring and evaluating the foundation’s work. We regard the foundation as an integral part of our work and are involved in its processes. Our involvement ranges from the regular review of project results to active participation in the development of concepts and strategies. Through this holistic approach, we not only ensure the effectiveness of the foundation’s work, but also remain closely involved in the processes in order to achieve our goals in the long term.
