Sibling Connections’ mission is to serve Massachusetts siblings who have been separated when placed in foster care by providing high-quality programs and services, including monthly gatherings and a summer camp to reconnect them.
Our vision is to support the development of enduring sibling relationships which contribute to successful life experiences for the thousands of sisters and brothers of all ages in Massachusetts who are separated when placed in foster care.
Sibling Connections is a small nonprofit with a budget of $250,000. There are three paid staff, the Operations Director, two Program Coordinators and over 100 dedicated volunteers who participate in programming including an annual week of “Camp to Belong”, Sibling Sundays, and Weekend Retreats. We currently operate programming for children in foster care in the Greater Boston, Lowell, and Springfield regions of Massachusetts.
