Sibling Arts C.I.C.

Sibling Arts is a marginalised-led multi-arts community interest company that amplifies the voices of marginalised artists through theatre, music, dance & film. Projects: Sibling Arts' magnum opus, Sex Worker's Opera has sold out shows in 9 countries to standing ovations every night, based on the experiences of its 35 performers & over 100 stories from around the world. Engagement workshops used storytelling to build bridges with cross-sector organisations such as Royal Opera House, Amnesty International and the Dutch Ministry of Justice and Security. Forgotten Stories project co-delivers trans/non-binary hxstory via storytelling to young people KS3 & teacher training in diverse schools & resulted in Sibling Arts' first short film, Johnny Barnes, which has featured in 5 festivals to date including Encounters in Bristol. Sibling Arts are also planning the Uk's first Arts Action festival as we believe that the arts are one of the most effective ways to build movements and win over hearts and minds to galvanise change.
