SIBS is a manufacturing-inspired mass-production company which uses the modular building system to build sustainable homes. What makes us sophisticated is our ability to complete 90% of a building in a controlled manufacturing setting, using our built process machinery and workflow management system. In simple words, our building is 90% complete before it even reaches the construction site. All that’s left after is to integrate the structure with the land it sits upon for it to become fully functional. As we build homes in a manufacturing setting, the process goes through a modular form to various stations. Here, the production and quality assurance team will perform sequential tasks - from creating the exterior part of the modular building down to its interior, fittings, and furnishings. At SIBS, we value innovation, and our long-term objective is to drive the development of tomorrow’s modular construction industry, where projects cost less, complete faster and are more predictable. To date, our operations have expanded to deliver modular homes to international shores - The UK, Ireland, Sweden, and Saudi Arabia.
