Sibus AS is a company born out of a long history of developing our people and our concepts within the hospitality industry.
Our journey began as Sinco AS, which was established in 1995 and operated successful businesses such as Brukbar (Bergen), Soho Restaurant (Bergen), Metro Nightclub (Bergen), Basic Hotels (Bergen), Los Tacos (Fast Food Chain, National), Salsa Restaurant (Bergen) and Sumo Restaurants (National).
In 2020, Sinco AS partnered with Herkules Capital and several key investors to create Sibus AS as the driving force for our hospitality brands moving forwards. As of 2021, Sibus AS continues to operate the Sumo Restaurant chain on a national level, and has plans to take Cartel’s Latin American Kitchen & Bar on the same journey.
