Sicario Company is an independent coffee roastery and exporter. We dedicate ourselves to providing both unique coffee from the subtle origins the world has to offer, fresh, to everyone.
With the help of our local processors and partners, we have developed ethical sourcing guidelines that help us purchase coffee that is responsibly grown and ethically traded.
We receive our single-origin coffee beans from independent coffee producers in Indonesia, where the coffee cherries are handpicked when they are purple-reddish in color to ensure sweetness, aromatics, and complex flavors.
We have curated coffee from several coffee-producing regions in Indonesia which are unique in terms of taste. In addition, we also choose coffee from regions that are still rarely sold in the market, thereby reducing competition with competitors and being able to offer choices that are still relatively new in the market.
Apart from being a roastery, we have also started to expand to distribute green coffee beans to overseas markets. We partner with local farmers in Indonesia. By partnering with Sicario, farmers can get a fair price for each coffee they pick, as we ultimately give them access to bring their valuable product to the specialty coffee market.
