PRESENTATION
The Ivorian Company of Construction and Real Estate Management (SICOGI) is a company of mixed economy with a capital of 4,566,200 000F/CFA. It was created in 1962 by the Government of Côte d'Ivoire to implement its housing program initiated in the aftermath of the country's independence. SICOGI is 80% owned by the State of Côte d'Ivoire and 20% by various private.
MISSION
Develop urban and rural habitat in Côte d'Ivoire SICOGI mission.
Its mission is:
• Undertake all operations immovable on his own behalf but also on behalf of individuals, the state, private companies or public institutions
• To participate in any study and achievement in the field of urban planning and habitat favoring the realization of housing for low-income users. The main activities of the SICOGI thus grouped around three functions:
1 - Property Development
Achievement of leasehold transactions (lease) or homeownership
(rental or sale direct accession).
Completion of the transactions on behalf of third parties as delegated contracting authority.
2 - Asset management
Collection of rents and charges, maintenance of rental properties, sale of housing.
