The company was established in May 2010 comprised of data entry, software development and online support team in order to provide an outsourcing option for its mother company, DECSI Inc. With the primary focus on software development, data capture and workflow solutions, SICS has provided customers with cost-effective services that enable its clients to use information technology (IT) to enhance business performance, increase productivity and improve customer service. SICS is also able to provide customers with workflow automation, data extraction and electronic document storage solutions both under hosted and deployed environments.
