My name is Sid Jackson, and for the last 6 years I have been working tirelessly to find the balance between fitness & nutrition, and EVERYTHING ELSE in my life. Along the way I’ve discovered techniques, strategies, and principles, that have allowed me to accomplish all of my fitness goals and beyond, and I was able to do so (1) without spending hours at a time training, and (2) without having to deprive myself of the foods that I enjoy the most. There is a balance that can be met, and it is one of my goals to show people like you, exactly how to do that.
