Practicing labour laws for the past 22 yrs and providing legal consultancy to several companies in Maharashtra We provide consultancy in PF, ESI, Shop Act, Building and Construction Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act, Bonus Act, Payment of Gratuity Act, Factories Act, Contract Labour Act, Employee’s Compensation Act and other related acts, salary and wage administration, modes of appointments and various legal compliances including consultancy on handling manpower and their issues. Our services include ensuring legal compliances, Drafting, preparing HR policies, Non-disclosure, non-solicitation and confidentiality agreements, advising on vendor draft, contract agreement , advising on new amendment and their impact and HR/IR related issues. We provide consultancy services to my Clients in the field of labour laws, labour problems, employee problems, union handling, grievance handling, negotiations and settlements, and also on compliance of various legal and statutory provisions, legal drafting’s, opinions and other allied services in connection thereto. We have extensive experience in HR field and also guide the clients on maintaining best HR practices. We are also on the ICC (Internal Complaint Committee) of POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) as an NGO for several companies and institutions. We deliver lectures and conduct training programme to enlightening the women as well as male employees on awareness about the POSH ( Prevention of Sexual Harassment) and do’s and don’ts thereof. We have expertise in handling several such cases and also guiding the committee on the mode of the enquiry to be conducted in case of any complaint and making the report thereof.
