Side by Side partners with organisations to level up diversity and inclusion. Improving diversity and inclusion is much more than good intentions and D&I statements. It’s about the lived experience for people in and connected to the organisation. At Side by Side, we start with understanding behaviour and bringing on-the-ground teams together to design and action initiatives.
