The VQF SRO is officially recognized, regulated and supervised by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA). Its subsidiary, SIDENIA TRUSTEES LTD, is licensed by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) to provide Swiss trustee services. Swiss trustees can operate and be appointed as trustees of trusts governed by various trust jurisdictions such as Guernsey, Jersey, British Virgin Islands or Bahamas.
