Which was Established In 1981, with the dawn of the open economy. Sierra Construction Limited was incorporated to venture into the fields of Civil and Telecommunication Engineering. Sierra is a CIDA (Former ICTAD) CS1 grade (Highest Rank in Sri Lanka) company and ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 certified. Within two decades, Sierra rose to become the market leader in Telecommunication Engineering.
