Sierra Legal was established in early 2010 by Craig Sanford who, having been a partner for 10 years at Middletons (now known as K&L Gates), identified a considerable opportunity to provide top tier advice and professional services from within a smaller boutique firm.
Since that time, Sierra Legal has worked with many ASX-listed and large corporations, as well as smaller family businesses, on a wide range of transactions and advisory matters.
