SIG allCap AG

The core competencies of SIG allCap are the injection molding of spouts for beverage cartons (2017: 7,805 million) as well as the planning and development of the necessary production systems. At the Neuhausen site, SIG develops spouts, which are manufactured in the SIG allCap production network, and the spouts applicators, which are produced in the SIG machine factories. Thanks to the injection molding plant in Neuhausen, SIG development at the site is in a position to incorporate production know-how earlier into the innovation process, thus anticipating difficulties that may arise during series production and shortening reaction times. We employ 120 people at our Neuhausen site, divided into the areas of engineering, logistics, production, quality, supply chain and administration. SIG allCap is a subsidiary of SIG Combibloc. The headquarters of SIG Combibloc is also located in Neuhausen. The "Schweizerische Waggons-Fabrik bei Schaffhausen" was founded in 1853. SIG allCap, founded in 2001, is a descendant of the company's 165-year history. With the acquisition of Rhyplast in 2002, SIG allCap acquired the necessary know-how to successfully manage its own production of spouts for beverage cartons. For us, Neuhausen is located in the heart of Europe in relation to the locations of our customers.
