SIGN EU: A EUROPEAN SIGN LANGUAGE

Sign languages in Europe. Broadly speaking, each country has its own national sign language. Despite widespread opinions there is not one single universal sign language in the world or even in Europe. Just as spoken languages, sign languages vary greatly between countries and ethnic groups. Some countries have more than one sign language or dialect. One EU sign language, learned by all European children, so everyone will be able to sign with every EU citizen and understand each other. It will also reduce the gap with disabled/deaf person. We also know that children can sign before speaking.
