Since 1989, Sign Language Resources, Inc.’s (SLR) goal has been to meet the needs of the Deaf, Hard-of-Hearing, and DeafBlind community through the efficient and responsive scheduling of qualified and well-trained hearing and Deaf Sign Language Interpreters.
Ultimately, our goal is to ensure interpreting services are provided for Deaf, Hard-of-Hearing, and DeafBlind individuals so we maintain a number of collaborative partnerships with our interpreter-employees, interpreters in private practice, other agencies, and our clients in order to meet these needs.
Our work has proven that this model ultimately benefits Deaf, Hard-of-Hearing, and DeafBlind consumers as well as the interpreting community. It also allows us to foster and ensure quality, uphold transparency, and establish trust across our partnerships.
