We offer the following life of mine services: SCOPING STAGE - Strategic environmental scoping and scheduling. - Project management (build environmental team). PFS STAGE - Coordinate the delivery of environmental and water studies as part of environmental impact assessment (EIA) process. DFS STAGE - Completion of regulatory environmental approvals and licensing documentation. - Build environmental, social and governance (ESG) and environmental management systems (EMS). CONSTRUCTION STAGE - Implementation of environmental approval and other stakeholder obligations, including ESG and EMS. OPERATIONAL STAGE - Site environmental management/ monitoring support. - Mine rehabilitation/ closure planning. - Environmental compliance auditing and reporting. DIVESTMENT STAGE - Environmental due diligence assessments as part of acquisition process.
