SilentHands is een unieke persoonlijke handbeweging waarmee we in seconden emoties kunnen verwerken en beperkende gedachten kunnen loslaten.
We kunnen dit gebruiken om spanning, stress en andere emoties in het moment los te laten. Maar ook angst voor toekomstige gebeurtenissen en emoties met betrekking tot gebeurtenissen in het verleden.
In een sessie van ca 1,5 uur (Discovery Session) leer je jouw unieke persoonlijke handbeweging kennen.
In een cursus van 3 dagdelen leer je als coach of therapeut hoe je de persoonsgebonden handbeweging van cliënten kan ontdekken.
