Audiences listen to presentations, demos or seminars through wireless headsets, moving away from the traditional method of audio presentation – the PA system. Q&A sessions can take place in exactly the same way, the only difference is there’s no amplified noise! So you can be exhibiting on your stand and experience no disturbance from the seminar theatre right next door.
Silent Seminars have systems capable of running up to 20 breakouts in the same room eliminating the need for separate breakout rooms or expensive noise containing curtains.
Each session is tuned to a different frequency and channel on the headset so there is no interference between theatres. Audiences are completely immersed in the material being presented and event organisers can deliver more content on the show floor by maximizing space. Allowing them to bring all of their content and education into the middle of the event rather than having to break off into separate rooms or structures.
It’s a much more inclusive way of presenting material and by improving the quality of audio it, the levels of engagement are significantly increased.
