Silex élément (formerly l’Alchimiste) was founded by Olivier Sénéchal in 2007 in Montreal. An expert in concrete and decoration with a growing reputation in Quebec, he won the SIDIM Prize for Excellence for his "Peau de béton™" product in the "New Product" category. Silex élément designs and manufactures items molded from high performance concrete, as well as textured wall panels and unique designer furniture. These products allow you to create highly imaginative and original designs. Our mission is to offer innovative products and concepts in light concrete, for interior design and decoration. To that end, we’ve been working hard for the past few years perfecting a style for the "Peau de béton™" panel that is both contemporary and timeless.
Now Silex élément takes it further, with the "Peau de métal™" concept: a metal layer applied using a revolutionary new technology to transform any base into a solid metal object!
