Silicon Studios is our dream lab where we help to shape the future of multimedia, human / machine interaction and next generation tools. Always following the market necessities and innovations, Silicon Studios is an early stage company that emerged from dynamic web development to focus on developing applications for iPhone OS, this has been its main activity since July of 2008 and already generated more than 300.000 unique app downloads without using any type of marketing strategy or publishers help, just strong will to deliver something different to the world. From the hall of applications it has developed and that are available in the app store, there are some that did stood out and demonstrate how we like to establish ourselves and innovate with new solutions and products: iTouchMidi, the first suite of midi controllers on the app store and still the leader in the segment iDownload, the first and top downloader app on the app store that has been the most sold app in countries like: Japan, Mexico and Turkey. We have innovated too in areas such as entertainment and medical, in this last category we created Assistance, the only first aid app in the app store with an interactive assistant. We have proven our will for creating something different and deliver it to the world, releasing outstanding and unique applications and introducing new concepts that didn't exist in the iPhone and others that changed the user perception of what are the possible uses of touch interfaces and smartphones. With the iPad announcement, we decided to include this revolutionary new platform that promises to change the daily live of a broader audience.
