SRS is a comprehensive training and HR solutions company based in Kabul, Afghanistan, that specializes in results-based training programs for forward-thinking Afghan leaders. Our goal is to inspire and develop trustworthy servant leaders who can influence groups and systems. We believe that Afghans can be systematically empowered through training to create sustainable solutions for the significant challenges they face. SRS takes pride in operating in a culturally sensitive and professional manner. The management team, board of directors, teachers and trainers collectively bring several decades of training and business experience in Afghanistan, including language skills in Dari and Pashto. SRS was formally launched in 2008 in response to the need for accelerated training programs by governmental ministries, NGOs, local businesses, and others in the Kabul community, and is a registered with the Afghan Investment Support Agency (AISA)."
