In the age of information and knowledge, the organization that does not place its focus on the creation of value for its Dynamic Community of Users is doomed to rapid extinction, or to maintain a permanent agony... We are experiencing it continuously in new social movements, different forms of consumption and some patterns of behavior that until very recently were unknown to the masses. The time has come to concentrate our efforts on the smallest unit of a society, the Person.
